We are pleased to announce the activation of SEPA B2B direct debits.

This service is completely free.

This type of direct debit is specific to companies. It is particularly used by public authorities (such as tax and social authorities) to collect their contributions. Its specificity is that once such a direct debit is accepted, it cannot be refunded.

How to register a B2B mandate on your account?

Unlike regular direct debits, as a security measure as they are not refundable, you will need to send us a copy of the mandate you signed with each of your creditors before we can accept the corresponding direct debits.

To do so:

  1. Click on the Direct Debits tab of the main menu;
  2. Click on B2B Mandates;
  3. Click on the New B2B Mandate button and follow the procedure indicated.
